DCS Group joins The Jobs Foundation Employer Taskforce

DCS Group is proud to be working with The Jobs Foundation as a member of its Employer Taskforce, joining a number of leading UK businesses committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities and supporting more people into sustainable work.

The Employer Taskforce has been established to help shape The Jobs Foundation Pledge, an initiative that recognises employers who go above and beyond to support individuals facing barriers to employment, while encouraging more organisations to adopt inclusive hiring practices.

As part of the Taskforce, DCS Group is contributing its experience and insight to help develop the Pledge and support wider conversations around creating fairer, more accessible routes into employment.
