One Year On: How Our Values Continue to Shape the Future of DCS Group

One year on from the launch of our refreshed company values, DCS Group is celebrating the positive impact they continue to have on our people, our culture and the way we do business.

Introduced as part of our Fit for Future strategy, our four core values – Lead With Character, Seize The Opportunity, Deliver With Excellence and Win Together – were designed to strengthen our foundations, guide our decisions and support our continued growth.

Twelve months later, this commitment remains just as important. Our values are more than words; they provide a shared mindset that influences our everyday actions, encourages accountability and helps us work towards our ambitions as one team.

To mark the first anniversary, we asked Amelia Haverson, Senior Commercial Manager at DCS Group, to share which values she feels are most integral to her role and how they influence her approach to working with customers and colleagues.

I always strive to Deliver With Excellence when it comes to our customers. Setting high standards, taking pride in what I do and following through on commitments. It’s about being proactive, solving problems and continually looking for ways to improve the experience I can deliver for our customers."
